Hello, I’m Sieun Lee, a junior designer based in University Place, Washington, with freelance experience in packaging and brand design.
In 2022, I worked as the graphic designer for the Art in Metaverse exhibition, which was held for five months in Seongsu-dong, Seoul. In 2023, I completed eight packaging design projects at a design agency, including the Lusid Collagen packaging, where my work was selected and highly praised by the client.
Collaboration is at the core of my design process. I work closely with other designers and strategy teams to develop ideas, mood boards, and design directions. I also ensure clear and effective communication with clients to fully understand their needs and translate them into compelling designs. To enhance efficiency within tight deadlines, I prioritize thorough preparation, which allows for smoother collaboration and refined final results.
For me, the most important aspects of design are client satisfaction, high-quality outcomes, and creativity. I conduct in-depth market research, project scoping, target audience analysis, and competitor research to develop a solid strategic foundation. I believe that a well-structured, logical approach is key to delivering outstanding results that exceed client expectations.
My dedication to these principles led me to win Best Design (2nd Place Overall) in the 2023 Yoonbility Design Awards for packaging design. Additionally, I designed the NEWS LETTER brochure for Daewoong Pharmaceutical, one of Korea’s leading pharmaceutical companies.
